IBEX HEAD

DESCRIPTION

This is an original piece by Vincenzo Romanelli created in 2014, having studied the resident Ibex in the Swiss Alps. The piece captures the striking features of this majestic king of the Alps. The Ibex head was modelled in clay using pictures taken by Vincenzo, and the clay mould was then used to obtain the bronze piece, following the traditional lost-wax technique. Bouquetin is a limited edition of 12 pieces, signed, numbered and dated.
